If you ever wonder what is the history of Hope of God Kuching. It all started with a man.... A man so willingly obeying the call from God. PS Simon Eng. Hope Kuching started with 3 adults and 2 children. And now it grow till 500++ people. Indeed God is faithful.

This is our team. Well done everyone.
This year the theme for the anniversary is 'Hit The Mark'
We want to continue to hit the mark for the Lord.
As I reflect back about these many years of serving
I remember...
I remember the day I step into a place called Hope
At that moment
I wondered whether I can find hope in that place o not
Indeed I found the answer
YES
I found the hope for my life
I remember the years of serving
Pain
Hurt
Disappointment
All I experienced it
But I also experienced lots of love
Joy
Peace
Fruitfulness as well
I thank God for He never let me go
I thank God for His faithfulness throughout the years
I thank God because He always so close to me…
I remember my shepherds
People who are serving with zeal
Compassion
Humility spirit
They all in different shape and size
Tall
Short
Fat
Thin
But they all are wonderful people of God
Fearfully and wonderfully made
I thank God for their live examples
I thank God for their patience and love towards me
I thank God because He provided wonderful shepherds that imparted my life
I remember my sheep
Young lives that desire to grow more
Looking at them
I saw myself
My past
I tried my best to teach them
To guide them
And to love them
So that they won’t repeat my past mistakes
With a hope that they will grow well
Growing to have the desire want to know more about Him
I thank God for my lovely sheep
I thank God for given me an opportunity to impart their lives
I thank God because God use them to teach me to have a compassion heart
A heart like Jesus
I remember all of you
All those that have been serving together with me for the past few years
Each of you I remembered
The love and care that have been shown
The tears we shared
The burden we bared
The secret we have
The ways we have gone through
I thank God for You
Times of trouble
You were there
Times of happiness
You were there
Anytime
I know that you were there for me
When I fall
You make sure I’m able to stand
When I cry
You make sure your shoulder is available for me
When I need help
You make sure your hand is there for me
When I need an ear
There is your
When I need encouragement
There come you sms
You always make sure you were there for me
I thank God for each of you
I thank God for the wonderful memories I have
I thank God because He made all of you part of my life
I will never forget the memories we have
Each of them were so clearly kept in my mind
Though it passed many years
There are still many years to come
I pray and I ask God
That we will always be together
